After a heated build-up, UFC Women’s Bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey and Bethe Correia faced off in the Octagon at UFC 190 in Rio de Janeiro. Correia entered the arena to rousing cheers from her countrymen, as Rousey was greeted with the same passion, except (as expected) with boos.

Immediately after the bell rang, Rousey went straight on the offensive, connecting with several jabs. Correia was visibly stunned and backed off, and Rousey went for the big finish:

Rousey retains her title and moves to 11-0, and Correia drops to 9-1.
