If there is a team in the NFL that fans might dub as the “Loveable Losers,” it’ would be the Detroit Lions. The Lions are two-time NFL champions, but that was before the Super Bowl, and that fact is now technically buried. Now, in 2014, the Lions will enter the NFL Season with a new Head Coach for the first time since 2009, and expectations are as high as ever. Here is my prediction for the Detroit Lions’ 2014 NFL Season:

- Week 3: vs. Packers (W)
- Week 4: @ Jets (W)
- Week 5: vs. Bills (W)
- Week 6: @ Vikings (L)
- Week 7: vs. Saints (L)
- Week 8: @ Falcons (W)
- Week 9: BYE
- Week 10: vs. Dolphins (W)
- Week 11: @ Cardinals (W)
- Week 12: @ Patriots (L)
- Week 13: vs. Bears (W)
- Week 14: vs. Buccaneers (L)
- Week 15: vs. Vikings (W)
- Week 16: @ Bears (W)
- Week 17: @ Packers (L)
Prediction: 10-6, NFC North clinched. Loss in NFC Championship Game
