The Philadelphia Eagles, two years removed from a Super Bowl championship, are in serious trouble. They currently sit at 3-4 and are in a situation where only a division title will get them into the playoffs. If the latest turmoil and infighting doesn’t stop, their championship window may be closed way earlier than expected.

It’s not a secret, not every member of the Eagles’ roster is on the same page. There have been anonymous shots taken at quarterback Carson Wentz. As well as former players ripping other established names. Furthermore, just recently former Cowboys and Eagles cornerback Orlando Scandrick questioned the team’s effort and took not so subtle jabs at Eagles Pro Bowl safety Malcolm Jenkins. Although, most of his claims have been easily rebutted. It’s clear there are problems in the locker room and they need to be handled.

The Eagles’ season is not over by a long shot. Although they are a game out of first place. There are plenty of games left to be played. Therefore, Philadelphia should not panic because they have enough time to turn it around, and a roster fully capable of doing just that.

Simply put, they need to win. Winning cures all in the National Football League. The best way for the Eagles to win is to get back to what won them a title. They need to run the ball early and often. Control the clock and keep their banged-up secondary off the field as much as possible until they are healthy. Finally, keep the locker room stuff in-house. Furthermore, don’t air your dirty laundry for all to see. Finally, remember the motto of their Super Bowl run. “We all we got, we all we need.” If the Eagles keep this in mind they will be just fine.
