We are now a quarter of-the-way through the 2017 NFL season. From the beginning of the season each team has the same goal, win their division. Currently the LA Rams sit atop the NFC West with a 3-1 record, followed by the Seattle Seahawks at 2-2. Next is the Arizona Cardinals at 2-2, and the San Francisco 49ers are in the basement with an 0-4 record. Here is how each team looked in week four.

LA Rams
The Rams have been the surprise team for many this year. In week four the Rams went on the road and beat a very good Dallas Cowboys team. Jared Goff continues to look more like the number one overall pick. He threw for two touchdowns and posted a 98.7 quarterback rating.
Todd Gurley seems to have gotten back on track as well. Gurley averaged 5.3 yards per carry and rushed for 121 yards. The Rams were able to win the turnover battle in this with a interception and a fumble recovery.
Seattle Seahawks
The Seahawks were able to bounce back in week four. After getting off to a slow start, the Seahawks beat the Indianapolis Colts 46-18. Russell Wilson threw for two touchdowns and two interception, he also added 38 yards on the ground.
The Seahawks continue to heavily lean on their defense, which had an interception and a fumble returned for touchdowns. Unfortunately, Chris Carson the seventh round rookie who won the starting running back job was lost for the season in this one. Moving forward Eddie Lacy and Thomas Rawls will carry the load.
Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals beat the division rival San Francisco 49ers 18-15 in overtime. Jaron Brown was the star of this one as he caught 8 passes for 105 yards. Star receiver John Brown also returned from injury for this game, he posted three catches for 47 yards. The defense helped in this one as veteran Antoine Bethea got an interception.

San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers continue to struggle as the fall to 0-4 on the season. Carlos Hyde averaged a respectable 4.3 yards per carry and caught 5 passes for 27 yards, other than that offense was hard to come by. On the defensive side of the ball all those early draft picks on defensive linemen payed off as the team had six sacks. Rookie Solomon Thomas and former first round pick Deforest Buckner both had sacks.
