People have “interesting” ways of staying away from the police when they’re being pursued. Athletes are on the same boat. OJ Simpson went on a slow “hot” pursuit, which is probably one of the most famous athlete/police altercations of all time. Now, ex-UFC fighter Jason “Mayhem” Miller, did what many others haven’t done… Live-tweet his standoff with law enforcement.
Miller had a warrant out for his arrest in regard to 3 separate felony counts, including a count for alleged stalking. In those 3 hours, he would type up 24 tweets, some of which we can see him complain about the “waste of resources” and what is going on outside. It took 3 long, and entertaining, hours but Miller was arrested. Below, you’ll see a few of his tweets.
i need to tell everyone about the absolute waste of resources going on outside of my house right now. i am counting no less than 5 officers.

they also have allocated use of a chopper, which cost approx. 12 Grand an Hour to operate, along with taking time away from REAL emergencies

I WISH YOU NO HARM. I respect the Police, but this is overkill, for something that would be settled with one piece of paperwork from OCBAIL
