NFC East

However, both look primed for a return. Also, two teams in the division have new young quarterbacks ready to make a name for themselves. It’s going to be a dog fight in the 2019 NFC East.
Division Winner: Philadelphia Eagles

The Super Bowl 52 champs have also added weapons on the outside and in the backfield. Look for the Eagles and their high powered offense to be the team to beat in the 2019 NFC East.
Team To Watch: Dallas Cowboys

They just need to get out of their own way. Furthermore, having coach Jason Garrett on the hot seat is sure to amp up the pressure to succeed.
Biggest Disappointment: Washington Redskins
Embed from Getty ImagesMore so than the lowly New York Giants who have nothing but Sayquon Barkley, the Redskins will be the most disappointing team in the NFC East in 2019. They have tons of potential, A great running game, solid defense, and a fresh young QB in Dwayne Haskins. But, as usual, something will happen to derail their season. Whether it is a devastating injury or inconsistent play, something always seems to trip up the team from the nation’s capital.
