AFC North

The Bengals finished with a losing record for the third straight year. Find out how the teams will do in our 2019 AFC North Preview.
Division Winner: Pittsburgh Steelers

That, combined with a Week 1 tie to the Browns, kept the Steelers out of the playoffs. Pittsburgh will not have to deal with the distractions caused by Antonio Brown or Le’Veon Bell this season, which will help. Ben Roethlisberger topped 5,000 yards for the first time in his career. JuJu Smith-Schuster took over the reception and receiving yards lead while James Conner took over the running game last season. Both will figure big in the offense in 2019.
Team To Watch: Cleveland Browns

They are looking to get to the .500 mark for just the second time since returning to the league in 1999. They will have to wait until Week 10 to see what Hunt can do for them as he will be serving a suspension. Baker Mayfield looks to improve upon his rookie season. These Browns have the ability to not only finish over .500, but to compete for a playoff spot and possibly the 2019 AFC North crown.
Biggest Disappointment: Baltimore Ravens
Embed from Getty ImagesThe Ravens won the division last season, but they will have a hard time repeating. They did not sweep any of the divisional series last season, and the Steelers and Browns will be even harder to beat this season. On top of that, they have a tough schedule. They do not have consecutive home games all season, they face the Chiefs and Rams on the road, the Patriots and Texans at home, and finish the season at Cleveland and home against Pittsburgh. The Ravens could go from first to third in the AFC North.
